Crufts is nearly here!

Not everyone loves dogs I realise but I must say a visit to Crufts is a wonderful day out even for the non doggy person. There are lots of stalls and attractions as well as a myriad of different breeds to capture your attention.

The Hungarian Puli with it s dread lock coat is a most unusual creature as is the Basenji, a smallish wiry dog that yodels instead of barks. The classic Dalmatian is always a most elegant attraction and the strength of the Rottweilers must be seen to actually be appreciated.

Also at this event you will find dog agility displays as well as obedience and fly ball which is great fun. The dog catches the ball mid air as it is propelled towards it by a throwing machine.

The show attracts thousands of visitors and the television coverage it attracts means that any brand displayed will get prime time exposure for very little cost. So what giveaways would exhibitors use in the show ring to actually access this free television air time. The answer is promotional clothing.

Whilst not the cheapest option when it comes to promotional items, promotional clothing has many advantages. Firstly it is very long lasting. If your giveaway becomes a favourite items, your brand is sure to be seen for a very long time. Also the giveaway would be appreciated by the recipient as they would realise what a substantial investment must have been made to supply such items. Promotional clothing comes in a huge range of options such as jackets, t shirts, caps etc. , to view just some of our large range of promotional clothing just visit www.mikkis.com .

I myself have a Bonio promotional sweatshirt from the 1980’s which I still wear. These items certainly do have longevity. So if you happen to watch Crufts this year either at the event or on the television, just think about what I’ve said and you will notice for yourself the branding that appears.

I've never actually heard of the Crufts show - We do promotional items, embroidery, and so on. Do you think it would be a good idea to check the show out, see if we could get a booth?

Thanks for the comment Josh...it's too late for this year as the show usually takes plave in March but it might be a good idea for next year! There are so many breeds and lots of people who want to show off their particular one....so branding will be very popular at Crufts and other dog shows too.
